» THE FLIGHT OF THE NAMELESS BEINGS

Laura dressed as a tree h 187 x 136 x 60 cm

The Lady explained to the zebra that the owners of the names had come, in order to take them again and that- therefore- the zebra had to give them back. The zebra and the two names burst into tears. The two little names, catched at the zebra’s tummy, said that they were fond of it. They also declared they would leave the zebra only if it was happy.
The Little Girl of the Bullseye asked- caressing the animal, what could indemnify it for that loss. She also asked the zebra to tell her what could it really make happy.
The zebra bit its tongue with its beak; she was not used to that strange snout and said moved: ”I’d like to fly… I’ve dreamt of flying for a thousand nights and even for much more time; I prayed the stars and I prayed the fairies to let me fly”.

The children looked at each other and understand why Peter Pan had given them the magic powder of Little Bell “ Maybe we can help you”. They drew out from their rucksack a little bag tight by a golden string; they opened it and a rain of precious drops covered the trembling zebra…

The disbelief was followed by the first clumsy steps, then- reassured- she took a run and flew higher and higher towards the sky. She laughed happily; with a happiness that dispelled the darkness and that filled up the heart; and the night was animated by a surprised and joyful yelling. The outline of the zebra sailed in the sky, playing with the paleness of the heath of the coming day. That night many eyes looked surprised and suspended, by observing it; and- that night- many fairies were born.

And the names? While the zebra was already far away two little beings detached by their parachute and fell, waving, near the feet of the Bullseye- Children, that collected them, excited.
